When you submit the contact form on this site you authorize BK Benefits Consultants, LLC. to transfer your inquiry to one licensed insurance producer or agency named on this roster as of the date you submitted it, and you consent to be contacted by BK Benefits Consultants, LLC. and by that producer. This page is that roster — it is the list your authorization refers to, which is why we record its version against your request.
A producer added to this roster after you submitted your request was not named in your authorization and will not receive your information. We record which version of this roster was in effect at the moment you submitted, and we check it before any transfer.

In-house means the producer works for BK Benefits Consultants and we are not paid anything for sending your inquiry to them. A partner is an independently licensed insurance agent or agency that pays us a referral fee when we send your inquiry to them, whether or not you buy anything.
How we verify a producer before adding them
Before any producer or agency is added to this roster, we verify that it holds a current insurance producer license in the state where the consumer resides for the product requested, and we record its National Producer Number. We do not verify, and do not represent, which insurance companies a listed producer is appointed with.
What the receiving producer may and may not do
A producer who receives your inquiry may use it only to offer you the insurance you asked about, and may contact you and market health, dental, vision and life insurance products and services to you. It may not sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose your information to anyone else, and it is required to maintain its own do-not-call list and to honor a request to stop within ten (10) business days. Your choices
You authorize the transfer on the contact form, by a separate checkbox that is not pre-checked, and you can withdraw that authorization at any time — through Your Privacy Choices, by emailing brett@bkbenefits.co, by calling (636) 265-6509, or by any other reasonable means. We never require a particular channel and the authorization is never irrevocable. A withdrawal applies to information we have already collected as well as to anything you submit later, and we check it again before any transfer.
Withdrawing stops the transfer — including a transfer to one of our own licensed producers, who is named on the roster on the same terms as anyone else. It does not erase what you have already sent us: BK Benefits Consultants still holds that information and may still contact you about insurance products and services. You can stop that separately through Your Privacy Choices.
