Access, correction, and deletion
To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email brett@bkbenefits.co. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We will respond within forty-five (45) days, and will tell you if we need longer. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Some records — consent records in particular — we are required to keep even after a deletion request; where that applies we will tell you.
